In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gobet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the gobet online gaming platform, accessible at gobet.cam, and its internationally licensed operating entity.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency for most domestic transactions on the Platform.
• "USDT" means Tether USD stablecoin, specifically the TRC20 network variant supported for cryptocurrency transactions on the Platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using the gobet Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy).

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and gobet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof.

gobet may make these Terms and Conditions available in multiple languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To be eligible to register and use the gobet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gobet enforces a strict minimum age policy. Registering with false date-of-birth information is a serious breach of these terms.
• You are registering on your own behalf as an individual, not on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or corporate entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the gobet Platform or any associated platform, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you take full responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your applicable jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of gobet or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You will register only one account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. gobet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active gobet account at any given time. Where gobet identifies that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — all associated accounts may be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited without notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your gobet login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. gobet strongly recommends enabling two-factor SMS authentication for all accounts.

You must notify gobet's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected security breach. gobet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• You may update your account information (email address, contact number, preferred payment method) at any time through your account settings, subject to verification.
• Changes to registered name, date of birth, or national identity details require submission of updated Verification Documents and are subject to gobet's approval.
• Accounts showing no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. gobet reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with our published dormancy policy, subject to applicable law.

gobet accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and any limits applicable to your account tier:

• JazzCash — Minimum deposit PKR 100. Funds credited instantly upon confirmation.
• EasyPaisa — Minimum deposit PKR 100. Funds credited instantly upon confirmation.
• HBL Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit PKR 500. Standard banking clearance times apply.
• UBL Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit PKR 500. Standard banking clearance times apply.
• Meezan Bank Transfer — Minimum deposit PKR 500. Standard banking clearance times apply.
• SadaPay — Minimum deposit PKR 100. Funds credited instantly upon confirmation.
• USDT TRC20 — Minimum deposit equivalent to USD 5. Funds credited following blockchain confirmation (typically 1–3 network confirmations).

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. gobet may request evidence that the payment method belongs to you as part of the KYC verification process.

gobet does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification checks before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your gobet account. gobet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be satisfied before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of your withdrawal request.
• gobet targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, subject to network conditions.

gobet reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of conducting additional verification checks, fraud prevention reviews, or in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of any such delay and the expected resolution timeframe.

gobet offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL matches and ICC tournaments.

The following general conditions apply to all gobet bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly within each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are used for wagering before real-money funds where both are present in your account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

All gaming activity on the gobet Platform is subject to the rules of the specific game or market being played, as displayed within the Platform interface. In the event of any discrepancy between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for the purposes of that game or wager.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. gobet will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a gaming session, the outcome recorded by gobet's server logs shall be final and binding.
• gobet reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a pricing error, data feed error, or any other manifest technical error at odds or conditions that do not accurately reflect the true market.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Maximum payout limits apply on a per-game, per-market, and per-day basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

All games offered on the gobet Platform are independently certified for fairness and random number generation by accredited third-party testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are available within the game information panel of each title.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gobet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or infrastructure of the Platform.
• Using payment methods belonging to any third party, or processing payments on behalf of third parties through your account.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens gobet employees or other players.

All content on the gobet Platform — including but not limited to the gobet brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of gobet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written authorisation from gobet.
• Use the gobet brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its content.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without a separate written licence agreement.

Any unauthorised use of gobet's intellectual property may give rise to legal action. gobet actively monitors for trademark infringement and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringing parties.

gobet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to gobet's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing platform use includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, payment method details, gaming history, and IP address logs.

gobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or information stored on the Platform.
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance, system failures, or third-party disruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subject to change without notice.

gobet does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. We make no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside those in which gobet is licensed to operate.

You may close your gobet account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process.

gobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gobet holds its primary international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with gobet through our internal complaint resolution process:
